Cattle producers from across Australia have strongly embraced the return of a national grassfed cattle producer representative conference to the national industry calendar with a strong crowd attending Cattle Australia’s inaugural Cattle Connect conference near Tamworth today.
More than 400 attendees from all Australian states and territories convened on AAM’s historic flagship property Bective Station for the major event.
Conference sessions in a standing-room only marquee covered topics ranging from domestic and international market updates to discussion panels on biosecurity, Europe’s proposed deforestation regulations and managing carbon and renewable projects.
The event also included an Australian premiere of the documentary movie World Without Cows, along with a Muster Dogs demonstration and trade displays.
Beef Central’s cameras captured some of the faces at today’s event, stay tuned for more stories in coming days.
