Integrity & Assurance Manager – NSW
Established in 1993, The Australian Wool Exchange Limited (AWEX) is a not-for-profit member services organisation whose members include brokers, processors, exporters, private treaty merchants, wool growers and industry associations.
Reporting to the General Manager, Brand & Integrity, the Integrity & Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing AWEX’s integrity and compliance programs, ensuring robust audit management and risk oversight. This role will drive compliance innovation, including expanding verification processes to complement traditional on-farm audits, strengthening risk-based auditing frameworks, and leveraging digital solutions to enhance efficiency. This role is compliance-driven, requiring expertise in audit frameworks, regulatory requirements, and third-party verification. The successful candidate will thrive in an independent work environment, translating complex standards into auditable, risk-based compliance processes.
