WHS Manager, Regional NSW
Our client is a highly respected Australian agribusiness which is committed to the development and betterment of the production sector.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the WHS Manager will be responsible for coordinating all work health and safety duties across the group. This will include the following: Overall responsibility for the WHS process and training strategy (both external & internal), including policy development; As company representative, driving and leading a positive ‘safety-first people culture’; Preparation and coordination of WHS training materials and content for on-going training; Preparation of timely board and ad-hoc safety reports; Managing third-party relationships; Periodic monitoring and audit of all WHS systems, whilst continually evaluating through stakeholder feedback; Attending operational and toolbox meetings onsite.
